  • Communicated with Tyler (the owner) via Yelp before initialing coming in for a quote on ring resizing. His prompt answers were extremely helpful so I decided to take my ring in for him to resize. He did not disappoint! He explained everything he was going to do with my ring in order to make it fit correctly and also offered to clean my engagement ring for free as well! Best of all - he resized my ring in under an hour!! His overall customer service was extraordinary and I would definitely bring any jewelry that needs to be altered or fixed back to him again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
