  • If you read the below post where the other customer was billed for 3 days of drying time, and it wasn't necessary - this is EXACTLY what happened to me. My house had water damage, I called servpro... My tenant later told me that the carpet was dried after 1 day and he felt it was strange that the blowers were STILL there until 3.5 days This company will rip you off and charge you exorbitant amounts. Dawn & George from the company are complete scammers.
