  • Came here yesterday and got excellent service! Now today I came back to make a simple return of a phone case I bought yesterday and was informed I'd have to wait 15 minutes to do a simple $30 return. Very odd. Just be aware, there's no "cashiers," only specialists working on higher level issues...like sales, I guess. Not the fault of the team here, they've been great! Just an odd customer service model.
