  • We came to watch the NCAA championship and there was one waitress for the entire restaurant. I went to the bar to order my drinks because our waitress wasn't coming around. I also had to fill up sodas for two people in our party because the service was poor. The fries came out cold. The chicken wings were smaller than I remember. We had to wait a long time just to get our tab. When we finally did, I told the lady she should tell her manager to schedule more than one waitress for a night that's going to be packed. She said yes I know, please tell them. So I did...they were bartending. I told them their server isn't getting a tip because her service does not deserve one (for all the reasons explained above). He said they're doing the best they can and I hope we'll come back. I told him we won't be coming back. It's unacceptable to have one server scheduled for a big night. The worst part of this is...we've been going there for 18 years. Maybe 20. We used to go there after softball games...then when I was a Sun Devil...and even after college to watch big games. Disappointing.
