  • My recall appointment was very bad. Due to traffic, I knew I was going to be 10 minutes late, so I called in advance to let them know. When I arrived, the receptionist told me to wait for 10-15 minutes - OK, fine because I was late. But, I ended up waiting for 45 minutes! I mean - I did call to let them know about the 10 minutes late. It's not like I would not show up for the appointment. Not sure why I had to wait that long while the time was supposed to be reserved for me. I was more disappointed when the dentist literally took 5 minutes to finish the check-up. He didn't even review my previous examination with me. Plus, as I waited for too long I asked the receptionist if I could cancel and rescheduled. She said it would be $125 fine. Wow! I am going to cancel my next appointment and will find a better place.
