  • When I first started coming here a few years ago back in 2012-2013 I was super impressed with this place. Patrick seemed to be really knowledgeable, friendly, and did a good job on the repairs. Unfortunately this place has gone way downhill in the past year. I will not be taking my car back here for anything. After I wrote the previous review I had some brake work done on my car by High Impact. The next day I'm driving on a surface street and I hear this loud clunking noise. I stop my car and see that the lug nuts are about to fall off. Talk about dangerous! Patrick did not tighten the lug nuts on my front wheels! I called the shop and told Dave what happened. Dave just said something along the lines of "Oh that's really bad. I will let Patrick know". I thought after Dave spoke with Patrick that Patrick would call back and apologize or something. But I never heard back. I thought that was very unprofessional of them. Not only did that happen, but after I had the brake work done by them the brakes started to almost continuously squeak. I took it back to them hoping they would rectify the situation, since they were the ones that had just worked on the brakes. They pretty much just told me the brakes were fine and the squeaking was caused by my bad struts (Really?!) and pretty much ignored what i brought it in for, and kept telling me and urging me to get new struts. Now my car really did need new struts. I had known i needed new struts for quite sometime but that was not what I wanted repaired at the time. I was beyond frustrated they never wanted to figure out or tell me why my brakes were making the noise. No matter how much I talked to them about it they kept coming back to the struts. I'm very disappointed in them. They really need to get back on their A game if they want to stay in business.
