  • A diamond in the rough. It comes as a surprise to me that the clientele of Copley can sustain a specialty cheese store, but the quality of the cheeses here is nearly unsurpassed for Northeast Ohio. Also, as a local resident, I often find myself here on the weekends for lunch as their deli sandwiches are high quality alternatives to subway.
