  • Attended a birthday party for here, completely disappointed. The staff has no training, their speaker system doesn't work so when it came time for cake we literally had to go round up our entire party, the cost is absolutely ridiculous, half of our party (including two 5 year olds) came crying to the party room after being hit by older kids right in front of the staff (who did nothing). I get they are a new facility but don't offer parties if you can't provide the services you are being paid for. Also the pizza is AWFUL. Only positive, and literally the reason this place gets any stars is the Party Host Ethan. He was awesome. The rest was a mess! Go to Urban Jungle or Krazy Air, much better experience for literally 1/3 the cost!
