First time visiting this location. Previously visited the Denver, NC location and received prompt, friendly service there. This place opened recently and is closer to my home so decided to give them a try. Upon entering, the one employee at the front was on the phone. It appeared that he was on hold because I stood there for at least several minutes and he did not say anything. What annoyed me is that he did not acknowledge me standing there for at least a minute. Sixty seconds is a long time to see someone standing in front of you and not give that person eye contact, a smile or even a "good morning". This is always the first thing I look for when entering a business - am I greeted immediately with a smile upon entering? After a minute or more, he finally says "hi". Then, another few minutes (timed him) he finally gets off the phone and says "sorry about that". Not cool dude! You should have immediately greeted me by saying "good morning ma'am, I'll be right with you in a few minutes". I have no problem waiting but to not even acknowledge me is a poor first impression. After he greeted me business was conducted. I guess he could tell I was a bit annoyed because now he piles on the niceness - small talk, jokes...etc. Too late. Had to have 2 tires replaced. Prices seemed reasonable. Tried to tell me I needed all 4 tires replaced when I know that I only needed 2. After that, no further up selling occurred. I'm giving 4 stars based upon my previous experience with this company at a different location and because I'm going to give the employee a slight pass today and hope that the poor first impression was only an aberration.
Update: trying this location again today. Understaffed and a long wait to even be greeted. Next time I'm avoiding Saturdays and going to the Denver location.
