rev:text	Perfect date night spot. The entrance alone to this place is magically lit and dotted with greenery. Your immediately greeted upon entering with options to eat in the bar area, large open dining room or outdoor garden area with misters. Service was slow but we eventually ordered some cocktails, i got the ciao bella and my husband got the smoke and mirrors. Mine was a coffee based drink and was rich with velvety chocolate tones yum, my husband was not so enticed by his, it tasted like liquid hickory coals just way too overpowered with smoke. They have a unique way of ordering antipasta, its almost setup like a sushi order sheet were you can pick and choose what will come on your butcher board. I liked that alot of the options were locally sourced as well. It arrived looking like a work of art and was a delicious start to the meal. My husband ordered the seafood linguine and the yukon gold pizza. I got the summer corn risotto and the funghi pizza with no cheese. We wanted to share a pizza but they wouldnt allow us to split toppings which was disappointing. My risotto was creamy and packed with roasted corn flavors and i loved the crunch that came from the corn fritters on top, it was a nice change of textures. My pizza was very generously laden with mushrooms, didnt get any of the advertised truffle flavor though which would have really set it over the top, not a memorable pizza. My husbands linguine had great flavor and a nice spice with perfect al dente housemade noodles but the quality of the seafood was just not there. I know were in a desert but we've gotten much better quality in the area. He did enjoy his pizza though, he said it was like a loaded baked potato and pizza had a baby. We were too stuffed to try dessert and had to get togo boxes for the pizzas. Service was slow again to get our check but she was polite. All in all the food was good and the restaurant had a romantic ambience, it was just lacking in that excitement, nothing blew us away in terms of flavor and creativity. Dont think well be back but it was still a nice dinner date.
