  • These guys are CRIMINALS. We were told by our insurance company USAA to bring our car from Asheville North Carolina all the way to Charlotte because this is a certified Mercedes-Benz collision center. Turns out that was the worst mistake we could have made. Hendrick failed to replace a very important piece on our car which lead to major mechanical issues. Our insurance company had us verify this with a Mercedes specialist; however when USAA contacted Hendrick to inform them of their poor workmanship they lied about it and denied it and said it was not their fault even though they are the only people who have ever worked on that part of the car and that area of the car is exactly where the damage occurred. To say Hendrick is unethical would be an understatement. They are liars and cheaters who should literally go to prison for defrauding insurance companies and consumers. I am absolutely shocked that they would take advantage of families like this. Greed and corruption have taken over Hendrick and it has been a total nightmare for my family. I will tell everybody I know about their illegal business practices and outright deception.
