  • Don't use this company. I have been with them for 7 or 8 years and I have noticed that their service has progressively gotten worse and worse. I don't know if they were acquired or what, but they really need to improve. Their repair techs MUST be on commission because of the up-sell I experienced during a visit to do maintenance on our R.O. system. The tech also checked water hardness and in the span of 6 months (since their last service) it had apparently gone from a 1 to 6. He serviced our water softener and the water quality ended up being worse off then before he touched it. I rescheduled to have them come out again to look at the water softener issue and purposely booked a week out to be the first call of the day (8am). 9am rolls around, no tech, no call, nothing. I call their office, get disconnected twice, and finally when i get through, I am told it was their "lead" tech coming out, and that he was in a meeting. I did not get the courtesy of a phone call telling me this since in their minds I must not have anything better to do than sit around waiting on them.
