  • This is a clean shop with great customer service -- not sure about mechanical skills. Jeff was my point guy at Kelly and his customer service skills are impeccable. I came in with $350 repair to fix a "thump" and walked out with a $1,300 bill. I was ok with the bill since it included extra services, especially two engine mount replacements but I was ok paying it to get rid of the thump. Unfortunately when I drove my car the thump had returned. Jeff showed great customer service skills and took care of the problem when I drove back to the shop the next day and they replaced a coil. It has been over two weeks since my visit and the thump has came back. I would have given five stars for the impeccable service but since my problems have returned so quickly I can't give the full five stars. I would definitely use their services again but probably? only maintenance repairs, not special issues.
