  • I had a $250 bag from Bebe that I used one time and the handle came completely off. I took it back but Bebe no longer had the style. I was in love with the bag so I asked if they could repair it instead. They sent to their repair professionals who said there was no way to fix and Bebe offered me a store credit to which I denied. I took to 3 more local repair shops that also told me the exact same thing. No chance in fixing it. I then took it to this store and the guy looked at it in 2 mins showed me it was a tough fix but by no means irreparable. He took about 3 days and my purse was returned to me better than before. I use this bag all the time now and it's still my favorite and have had no issues with the handle since. This guy is truly a miracle worker. He can make anything look brand new. I was able to see someone picking up there Loui as I picked up my bag and it looked like brand new too. The customer showed me before pics and the bag they brought in looked like garbage before this gentleman got his hands on it. He is incredible and I highly recommend him to anyone in distress over their valued or expensive purse. If I could give more stars I would. Excellent service and talent!
