  • Hot pot is definitely one of my favorite things to eat. Sadly, Vegas doesn't have many hotpot options. I had to resort to try Chubby Cattle. I have been here 4-5 times, every time I have had a pleasant experience. The only issue is that this place is completely overpriced for the amount of vegetables and add ons. The meat quality was soso, and the broth wasn't spectacular. I recently tried the tomato broth and I do recommend that over all the other broths. Also, I would recommend trying the side dishes they have at the sauce table. There was lotus root one time when I went and it was delicious. Another time there was this wood mushrooms. Overall, I would give Chubby Cattle 3/5. It is though the better hotpot places in Vegas.
