I have never been treated so rudely by an Authorized Retailer in my life. I received a new iPhone 8 for Christmas. Less than two weeks out of the box, it stops working. I took it back to the Boca Park store for exchange (They are an authorized and licensed Apple dealer) and they refused to even assist me. I was told they WOULD NOT exchange the phone. I do not know if this is the policy of this store or of AT&T, but in either case, a retailer should be doing whatever possible to satisfy the customer, especially if they sold defective material. Sounds like it is time to look for a new carrier!! Don't even think about going to AT&T!
