The worst! Brought an expedition there at 7 am this morning - made the appointment over a week ago - 2 recall items and a brake check. Service Advisors's nice enough said she'd have it back to me today. Called at 2 pm and said that they just couldn't get to the car today. Seven hours later she's calling?!? Said that they're running 2-3 days behind???? Why doesn't the scheduler say that when I called??? Horrible customer service. I've never had an experience like this in any dealership. Will not go back there - apparently they have enough business and don't need mine.
