  • 1130ish 4/28/17 Worst service ever! Avoid this place. Phone was looping at startup, went in to reset to factory. Both employees said they didn't know how. They said that they don't provide tech or troubleshooting support. Really? Also said since I had extended warranty coverage that I could pay $149(warranty deductible) and pay the balance on my phone($300+) and get a new phone. WHAT??!!! If you want a job and don't want to train, work here.
