  • Absolutely wonderful experience at West - I was in for a mani/pedi and eyebrows on this particular visit. My personal disclaimer: I am a TOTAL snob when it comes to getting my nails and eyebrows done. It takes a lot for me to give 5 stars. I had Priscilla (the founder, a total gem!) for both nails and brows. While my nails looked amazing and the treatments felt great, she did a STUNNING job on my brows. I visit Toronto frequently, so I'll be saving all brow work for her from here on out. I haven't gotten a haircut here yet, but will look forward to doing so!
