  • Really, really enjoyed our visit to Moon Valley Nurseries! There is plenty of ample parking and immediately upon parking, your eyes are hit with so many colors that are so vibrant! There were rows and rows so many custom ceramic, heavy-duty pots! The varieties and shapes and colors and sizes were overwhelming but sooooooo beautiful! We headed into the forest of trees, shrubs, bushes and flowers that are scattered around their lot. Such a beautiful sight. To be immersed in that much nature is just amazing. I had no idea what the price of a full-grown tree goes for and now I do. Holy cow. I have a newfound respect for people who spend what they do to make their landscaping look like this. It is not cheap. The employees are beyond knowledgeable and will make sure you know what you're doing. They did not follow us around though and they simply let us wander and take everything in. If/when we had a question, we asked and sure as heck - they knew the answer. After our question was asked, we continued to meander all over their property taking everything in. Great experience! Everything there is more than capable of being grown locally here in our USDA Zone which is awesome. Did I mention all the custom ceramic pots? Simply remarkable. I could not stop staring at them. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back!
