  • Check-in was a little slow but there were about 20 people in line for the counter and at least 10 deep at the kiosks. They really needed to get a few more bodies up working the counters. Car was great, clean and ran fine. Return process was quick and simple. The problem is these people over charged me AGAIN. Not much, the over charge is about $8.00 on a $300 dollar bill. However, this is a regular occurrence. The final charge from Alamo is ALWAYS a few dollars more than the quote which is supposed to include all taxes and fees. I rent 2 or 3 times a month and this doesn't happen with other rental companies.
