| - This review is for the Service Center. This is aside from their dealership--I did not purchase a car here.
That being said, the service center isn't their saving grace by any means. Correspondence is all done with "the service rep needing to call me back". They used to provide loaner vehicles when work was being done on your car, but now they don't--they referred me to Enterprise instead. I usually only ask them to do regular maintenance things, like oil changes and transmission flushes, filters, hoses, etc. but no one here can ever really give me a full diagnosis on my car even though I ask every time.
"Yeah, it all looks good."
Chapman Chevrolet, although not much better than these guys, is much friendlier, much more bubbly and confident, and overall just a better experience. When I come to pick up my car, they never seem prepared at Brown and Brown. They are always fumbling for my paperwork, looking for my keys, making me pay before even saying anything about what they did--just a mess. If you must go through a dealership in the area, go to Chapman instead.
