  • This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The pool is AMAZING and the rooms are clean, and neat. As soon as you pull up to the front of the hotel, there are people waiting to open your door. There's not many kids (which is usually a good thing) and the staff are USUALLY nice. That being said, here are my few complaints. First, it's kind of far from the CN Tower, and other attractions (20mins). 20 minutes may not seem like a lot but with Toronto's traffic it can be much longer. Next, the food is okay. Not as good as expected but alright. Finally, (this may not be the hotels fault), but the food and drinks found in the hotel room are tempting, but DON'T EAT THEM they are WAY overpriced. Overall this hotel is amazing and beautiful, but kids wouldn't like it.
