  • After waiting an hour and a half past my appointment time the surgeon could not have cared any less about my primary concern. I was going to ask about a secondary procedure put given the professionalism I didn't even bother asking. No introduction, no handshake, no concern, no apology. I felt like a bother. I will not be returning for any treatment
