4/9 i had one if the worst Ups store customer service expierence's ever . I had an amazon drop off and my brothers printer took a dive. So i was forced to go to the ups store to print the label needed . When i walked in no greeting no nothing . One rep was helping a customer the other was kinda in the back lingering . My fiance walks up and ask do you guys have a computer . "Yeaa $5 for 30 mins not including prints" very rudely, like if i couldnt afford it. we turn to eachother being the first time we have ever heard such a price . First knowing that my fiance previously worked at another henderson ups store with fantastic customer service. Then he asks okay can we email and you print it ? " yea $3.50 not including print" once again in the same shitty tone like if we were scum of the earth. We turn to eachother again then she states " go to the library is cheaper like 15cents " and im just thinking WOW to turn a customer away like that knowing that I work for one of The best customer service jobs here in Las Vegas and being treated like that in person not even over The phone is just beyond me. And excuse me bt library's are closed on Mondays if you were smart you'd know that ! So I was forced to drive to another location on Pecos were i was charged $1.50 for the 3 emails I sent and 3 prints ! And my package was shipped off and delievered. No thanks to the ups store on stephanie.
