  • The Tipsy Cow gets five stars for their name. As for their food and drink, they also get five stars. I've been here a few times now and my go-to is a Bloody Mary with a chaser of Spotted Cow (they don't do chasers outside of Wisco and it's a horribly sad thing). As for the food, well I always go with the Cheese Curds, because these are some of the most amazing Cheese Curds you could have. The bloody is a perfect mix, not too horseradishy and just spicy enough, of course you have some garnishes or snacks as I call them on top. If you're visiting Madison, make this a place to visit as it's worth your time and money!
