  • This nation wide is horrible at customer service. I came in as a walk in and asked if they had availability and the front receptionist lady said no, I was about to walk out and the manager ran over and told me they did have time for me to get checked. I then went back to ask the receptionist if she knew that and she rolled her eyes and started the paper work. Then once I got into the doctors office he was unprofessional stating I was wrong and did not need glasses, even though I've been wearing glasses my whole life. Very disappointed in nationwide. They need to get there stuff together because they have a lot of competitive competition out there such as America's best they have a sale going on for $69 for two pairs of glasses PLUS a free eye exam. I will NOT be going back to this location.
