rev:text	Terrible is exactly what I experienced the last time I took my car there for a wash. It started off with the girl writing my car wash ticket telling me to pull pass her so she can see my license plate instead of walking to the the license plate herself. So I am looking at the signage on what wash I wanted. I picked a wash one the left column. There was nothing noted about no hand dry. Note, my car is black. I go through the wash and I am sitting in my car waiting to be directed on which lane to go. Finally I directed to a lane then I was told I was good to go. I asked the guy why and he said my service was blow dry only. I said to him "look I drive a black car and there must be a misunderstanding." So the attendant said "we can take care of you with drying your car." I didn't not want to get the attendant in trouble so I asked for a manager. This guy comes along who claimed to be the manager and I explained there has been a misunderstanding. I explained as my car dried in the sun that it drove a black car and it now looks worst than before I brought it in. The person never offered to hand dry the car even by paying a few more dollars. I would have even tipped the person. The so called manager pretty much gave me this attitude of so sad I won't help you. Managers should be customer friendly. This person had no customer service skills at all. I guess can't expect more from a car wash manger. I called their corporate office but never got a return phone call. With this experience I will never return to this establishment. The parking is lousy and there is no order when the line to the car wash gets long. I would give this rating no stars if there is an option to do so.
