  • Been waiting for over an hour. Supposed to text when ready. Go to pick up window 30 minutes past due time. Unknown problem, back to drop off window. Nobody at window and woman makes me stand back away from window then calls me back. Problem with insurance, she typed my info incorrectly. Why wouldn't they text to let me know there was a problem instead of making you wait for their mistake???
