  • What a poor vet office this place is. Every single time I've been here with my dog the front staff was rude and seemed to not care at all. They weren't knowledgeable or helpful at all. The actual veterinarian seemed relatively decent but something seemed insincere. In addition to the subpar staff, the prices were shockingly high and I always felt like I was being taken advantage of. Anytime they've given me a pricing quote, they would create several "revised estimates" with so called extra hidden costs that they were never upfront about, and additional unnecessary appointments. These new estimates were 3-4 times the original estimate prices. Even saying at that point there could be even MORE fees on top of that at the time of service. I love my dog and would spend every dime I have on her, but not at a place where I feel they're up selling their customers who are are a vulnerable spot with an injured animal. In summary, every time I walked in the door here I felt like I was being ripped off and condescended. I'm disappointed that I wasted money and time giving this vet office more than one chance with my dog. We care about our animals and should feel comfortable at a place knowing they care about us too. If you love your pet, which I'm sure you do, please go someplace else!
