  • Check your bill carefully. They overcharged me by $100 with no explanation, and no apology after I pointed it out. They charge 18 per cent gratuity which is not deserved; you do have the option of adjusting it, though, you just have to tell them. The staff are not as polished and experienced as you would expect at these prices. My facial was just mediocre. You have to pay extra to use the steam room. There are only two showers in the change room and it gets cramped fast. They should have better supplies, disposable combs, and a bench in the shower stall to put your stuff on. I'm not impressed. They bring you a fingernail sized piece of baklava and two grapes after your treatment. Come on, really?
