  • This review is mostly regarding sales but I have experience w/ their service dept too (their service has been adequate, not great and not terrible). What has prompted me to write this review is their sales, though. I have been there twice regarding purchase and while my salesperson was super friendly and personable, he was also super new and super uninformed...about BMWs, about their computer system, about their general processes. I was interested in a car and when I came back less than 24 hours later, it was sold. WTF? Why not put a hold or call me to tell me to come in earlier? When I wanted to see other cars, they didn't know what colors (or cars) and when I set an appt, my original salesperson was busy w/ someone else, so I got passed off to a different salesperson who knew nothing about me or for what I was looking. BMW isn't Rolls Royce or Ferrari, I get that, but we're not talking Kia here either. So I have a certain expectation of experience here and wow, they fell short. Both of their sales people were ill informed, so I have to ask the question, who is doing their training? What is their process for new sales employees? These new sales people are floundering and definitely not providing a luxury experience--not in their knowledge, their appearance, their presentation or preparedness, etc...
