  • It was time to buy a new vehicle and I really wanted an Audi Q5. So, I went to their website (which was very user friendly) and found exactly what I wanted. I went in and Joe Sirna was a great salesman. He wasn't pushy or tried to sell me anything I didn't want. He helped me find the vehicle I liked on the website and I was able to get it. They even gave me a more than fair price on my trade in. They didn't try to sell me any extras, although they informed me on all of the extras available in case I was interested. The sales manager and financial people were also very helpful and nice. I even went in to get the sports rack put on it yesterday, and it took less than 20 minutes. This is really a top notch dealership. When I moved here, I began going to Findlay Volkswagen and I was most impressed with their service. That's why when it was time to buy that I wanted to purchase from a Findlay dealership and I am glad I did. My sincere thanks to Joe Sirna and the whole team there for making such an important decision, an enjoyable experience instead of a headache.
