  • This was probably the worst service I have EVER received in AZ! I called to put my name to be seated, ahead of time. I get there and the host said they don't take reservations. Then I call and the manager to say to him " why would you even allow me to put my name on that list if you don't take reservations " POOR COMMUNICATION WITHIN THEIR TEAM! I would have been fine if he would have said something like " oh, don't worry we will find a seat for you guys" ( it's just TWO of us) but no instead the manager said " why don't you come back DURING THE WEEK or when it's NOT busy and I'll make it up to you . Horrible! I'm so mad!
