  • This is the worst property management company I have ever seen. They seem to forget that they work for us, not the other way around. They are rude, unresponsive and if they do respond, sometimes months later, they always use the excuse they thought the complaint was answered/handled. They never enforce the CC&Rs. The only way violations get noticed is if the owners report them. They always claim they are doing walk-thru's/drive-bys but no one ever sees them. They once told us they were enforcing our "No Overnite, No Street Parking" by having a tow truck service patrol the neighborhood! Really do they think we are that stupid? And guess what, no tow truck has ever been seen. They know how to spend our money but we never see any improvements. The whole place is a joke. Run, don't walk away from this place.
