1. I walked in the store front three times while passing by to inquire the pricing of eyelash extension refills. They don't have it posted on their store wall or on their Facebook page. Every time I visited no one paid attention to me and then I left since they were busy.
2. I message them on Facebook and the rep says they don't know. I asked if they can find out, they asked me to call myself and find out. How lazy is this customer service?? I've already physically walked in several times and messaged them on Facebook to ask. I do not want to waste my time calling. They lack some basic customer service.
Unattentative and lazy, no thank you.
