  • I was not allowed to use my prepaid massages after cancellation. At the time of cancellation I was told I had 30 days to use them and them when I called the front desk to inquire how many I had left I was told that expire on the day of cancellation. I believe they just lost a class action lawsuit in regards to this. I'm hoping to find that law firms info.
