I've taken my dog here several times, but the last time was the last. I scheduled a grooming appointment and dropped my dog off before work. Late in the afternoon they called to tell me to come get my dog because the groomer never came in. I have no idea why it took them several hours past the time she was supposed to be finished to notify me that the service never took place. They apologized and asked me to reschedule. I brought her back the next day and thought everything was fine until I called to check on her (a few hours after she was supposed to be finished) and the person who answered the phone was convinced my dog wasn't even there!! A few phone calls and a lot of panicking later, they figured out that someone else from the shop had actually taken her to a completely different location to have her groomed. WHAT!?! I can't believe they think it is OK to transport my furry child to another location without even asking me first. Not only that, but they didn't even tell their other staff so that they could inform me when I called. I had actually taken her to the location they were using some time ago and she came back cut up and injured so there is no way I would have allowed her to go back had I known. How can customers trust a company who does this kind of thing behind your back? Not only that, but she came back hours later than promised with an AWFUL cut and they refused to even give me a discount for having to deal with all this. Ridiculous. I will never go back and I will tell anyone who asks not to trust them either.
