omg. Don't even bother.
I try to keep an open mind when I read yelp reviews (esp. the negative ones), but what everyone says really is true.
Pros:
- location: within walking distance to Eaton Center & Cha Time, super super super close to everything else ($10 cab fare to every place we went)
- dog friendly
- rooms are equipped with wifi
- didn't have an issue with the noise complaints that I saw everyone else writing about, but then again, I'm rarely in my hotel room when I vacation.
Cons:
- the staff has no idea wtf they're doing...we were directed to take the red elevator to the 4th floor, only to figure out ourselves that we needed to take the green elevator
- space is TIGHT & CRAMPED..you have enough room for a tiny person to make a single-file line from the red & north parking elevators to the lobby
- the north parking elevator broke, so everyone had to take the south parking elevator...with no signage in the south parking garage to direct us to the north parking garage
- trying to get out of the parking structure? it will take you FOREVER...we had to wait starting on the 3rd floor
- they charge you for local calling. -___- without prior warning.
- staff is not too helpful and generally unaware of the surroundings..no idea what places are open, what places are closed, how to deal with restaurant reservations, etc.
- tiny beds
- tinier bathrooms
For $170+/night, it is not at all worth the headache or hassle. Never staying here..ever again!
