  • I'm updating to a 5* because fieldwork phoenix reaches out and made sure I was compensated correctly for the study. Pleased they were willing to make it right I have done many surveys through fieldwork Phoenix and was surprised by my current experience. Was offered $175 for an in home study and shopping homework assignment to last approximately andhour. Video team showed up and spend well over and hour of the agreed upon time. The team brushed aside my homework assignment although it was presented to them completed. I found out today the company will only compensate me for half due to the survey team not taking my "homework" with them. I've offered to email it as completed to no avail. To be honest it's a pretty big intrusion to let someone into your home and I feel like the Phoenix fieldwork team has been unhelpful in making this right. If they do I will be sure to update. My caution is that you may be out a large amount of time and energy and be misled on your compensation for that time.
