We dropped by here after doing touristy things in Phoenix. I'd like to think I'm a bit of a foodie and was quite pleased to find this restaurant packed and quite renown (thanks, Adam Richman!). There was a wait at around 1:30pm on a Sat, but we asked if we could sit at this one small 2 person table by the kitchen (which was empty) and they let us. We quickly ordered with the help of our friendly waitress, and got these amazing agua frescas (pineapple - YUM!) on top of a pretty authentic meal (see pic). The prices were super affordable, the service fast, and we left very full and happy.
