  • This Is The Worst Vet Clinic in Calgary. They are scam artists and care nothing for pets or pet owners. I brough my cat in for an exam after I noticed some troubling signs. I called my now Former regular vet and being unable to get an appointment she reffered me to this clinic. The vet walked in and looked at my Cat for 2 minutes . " - Bad news, he has a blocked bladder, he will need a procedure that will cost you 2,500$ to 4,000$ or we have to put him down tonight." After being explained that more likely he will be on the high end I asked her to leave the room so I could have some time to think on it. I love my Cat but 4,000$ is more than I can afford ; that being an estimate it could easily run higher. Heart broken and almost certain I was going to see my best friend die the voice of reason spoke to me ,- " get a second estimate" I called another vet hospital and got a quote of 800$ to 1,300$. - I asked if we were talking about the same thing being skeptical of such a disparity in cost. My cat is now @ The fish creek 24 hour pet clinic. Treated for less than 1,000 $ and the clinic staffed by saints. Avoid theese greedy bastards at all cost, they see ATMs not pet owners.
