  • I went to this store based upon yelp reviews. I had a simple request to restring an acoustic guitar. I called Day after day to see if this simple task was accomplished but record excuse after excuse. I explained I was driving out of town and needed the guitar the next day. I never received a call. I went to the store and they said "oh, it's ready". I paid, picked it up and drove across the country only to find out it was never tuned and once attempted, 2 strings broke. Sloppy, unprofessional and a total disregard of the quality of their work. I would steer clear of this company. I should have gone to guitar center......
