| - I gave 2 stars for the following reasons:
Pricey hotpot: The hotpot comes with veggies, a couple fishcakes and a meat of your choice, you can add things to it but these pile up on the bill quite fast.
Meh Bubble Tea: The Bubble Tea isn't really too great, I'm not expecting excellence, but it seems like they even treat it as an afterthought.
Customer Service: Usually is passable, but if you catch them on a day an hour before close... hmm, well they would rather be getting ready to drive home I guess. The server generally looked pissed off that we even decided to eat there and was miserable the whole time including the ONE time he decided to fill up our water only after we asked for it.
General Atmosphere: It's great that they have the hotpot tables, really interesting, but it makes the tables abnormally long, you feel like you are sitting far away from your friends. They have a random TV there, the only times I've seen it on were when the kids were sitting around watching it. Which is ok at home, but Silver Surfer movies and random commercial flipping doesn't exactly seem to fit the restaurant.
Well thats my review. There are other restaurants with hotpot, and the other hotpots I have had in the past have been cheaper and tastier.
