  • My boyfriend and I recently moved and needed storage for a couple of months. I'd never heard of Zippy Shell, but I like supporting local business over the big, national chains and I was impressed with their reviews. They brought an exceptionally clean POD (shell?) to our home and left it for two days. We had no trouble loading it. We were actually done early, and they came back within 2 hours to pick it up after we called to tell them we were done early. The guys we dealt with were polite and respectful. They also showed up on time; that's hard enough to find in this town! I had to get into my storage container after about a month, as I had packed a flash drive in one of my boxes and I desperately needed it. It wasn't a problem, they got me into their storage facility (which was also very clean!) and I retrieved my thumb drive the next day. All in all, my experience was great. There were no surprises with the prices and they did exactly what they promised they would. If this was representative of the service that they normally provide, I would strongly recommend Zippy Shell to anyone who is moving or needs storage.
