  • Oh IronHorse... The community is okay but we have had nothing but horrific experiences with the front office staff. -When we moved in we had to re-do our lease 3 times, and all the amounts on rent and move-in costs was changed like 3 times... That should have been a warning sign.. -They raise the rent every time you re-new a lease, with no upgrades or updating to the apartment. -Our dishwasher has been broken for a good year or so but after having the maintenance people come about 7 times to try and fix it, they give us roundabout excuses and temporary fixes that make no sense and try to put the blame on us. -They threatened to evict us with a 10-day notice on our door for not having renter's insurance which we ALWAYS have had and sent to the staff at the beginning of our lease. -They threatened to tow my husbands car after a year and a half of being parked in the "wrong" space, which is actually the correct space shown on our lease. I just wish there was some consistency around here. We love this area so much but aren't ready to buy a home yet, and the fact that at the end of this lease we will DEFINITELY be leaving is just a bummer not knowing if we can still find a place up in the Tramonto/Anthem area we love so much. Pleas make some changes to your staff or polices, IronHorse, for the sake of future residents that they don't have the same bad taste in their mouth about you that we have!
