A wonderful hole-in-a-wall local spot that cranks out delicious roti. The price is good, the food is authentic and the owner (who usually is at the register) is funny. There are only three tables in the small space, so if the weather cooperates, I would recommend grabbing take out and make a brisk walk down the street to Trinity-Bellwoods Park for an impromptu picnic.
I had the lamb roti on mild spice level and it was wonderful. The roti was piping hot even after a 10 minute walk and each bite was full of flavor. Admittedly, it's a heavy starch-based meal so I could only finish half of the roti and then promptly wanted to take a nap. The flavors are even better the next day, even though the roti got a little too soft.
