Terrible customer service. Two times running did not fill my order. Required multiple return calls the next week with long wait times to reach assistance. Ultimately repeatedly asked for supervisors and they were not provided. Was told supervisors would return calls and this was never done. Was told medication would be shipped overnight due to failure to process order, this was done once but not the second time. If you have daily medication needs for your pet, I regrettably must warn you away from this business. Including small toys in the package is a nice touch, but if you are not reliably filling the medications, priorities must be changed
Update 1--Received message from customer service 1/15/18 through yelp and the response they made to review. At their request provided my name and phone number. I still have not received a return call. Their response does not reflect resolution/customer recovery.
Update 2--Customer service manager called. She was quite friendly and apologetic for the multiple delays. Their reaching out is appreciated, and they indicate that they are transferring to a computerized system (currently paper based) that may address these concerns. Such is set to roll out in March.
If you choose to do business with them in the future, I strongly advise checking to see if they remain paper based in their processing of orders. While I thank Jody for her effort, I do not feel comfortable returning as a customer in the future.
