I live in Sedona Arizona and decided to attend ASREB's 9 day crash course in Scottsdale for a good reason; they run a solid Real Estate Sellers licensing program. As a former teacher, I recognized the quality of the instruction on the first day. I graduated ASREB on 9/23 and passed the state exam on 9/24.
The school employs a diverse cadre of active real estate brokers ranging from residential to commercial developers. The owner of the school taught three of the classes during my course and his classes were among some of the best. They are a great and lively bunch all highly qualified, bright and best of all everyone has an amazing teaching style with a good sense of humor that kept me engaged the whole time.
Their program cost $100 less than schools I looked at in Sedona, and they offer study aids to help you prepare for the exam and the cost is well under a $100 bucks! Although I would tweak them a little from an end users perspective I found them very helpful.
9 days of classes from 8:30 to 5:30 is rugged I won't say it isn't, but all and all it was a great experience and I passed both the school and the state exams the first time around. So, if you are considering ASREB for licensee training I say go for it! Best wishes to you and to your career as an Arizona Realtor.
