  • This company could really use a customer service course because while most people dont know the first thing about pest control operations, i certainly don't like blatantly being hustled by some RUDE salesman's half assed approach at telling me that "all the other companies take my money and waste my time with one time sprays" because "it doesnt work". First of all, noone has a spray that lasts FOREVER. So of course your going to EVENTUALLY need another spray. but that does not mean you should use that as ammo to UPSELL unsuspecting people more service/product than necessary. Not to mention the review that states that you have used toxic chemicals, being an 'enviornmentally safe' company? Shame on you. 360° all around unethical and unprofessional company.
